Gate Drive Transformers

ICE Components Gate Drive Transformers are optimized for frequencies ranging from 10kHz to over 1MHz. The gate drive transformers feature a profile as low as 3mm, while the current sense transformers offer full selections of turns ratios. ICE Components Gate Drive and Current Sense Transformers meet UL 94V-0 requirements and have an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C or +130°C. These devices are ideal for gate drive transformers, AC/DC converters, DC/DC converters, pick-and-place applications, and more.

GT06 Gate Drive Transformers

ICE Components GT06 Gate Drive Transformers feature 12.5mm creepage/clearance and 40kHz to 350kHz frequency optimization. The surface-mount devices operate in a temperature range from -40°C to +130°C and meet UL 94V-0 requirements. Measuring 16mm x 11mm x 7.5mm (LxWxH), these ICE Components GT06 Gate Drive Transformers are suitable for signal transformers across isolation barriers and pick-and-place applications.
