IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

MP3331 Synchronous Boost Flash LED Drivers

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP3331 Synchronous Boost Flash LED Drivers with an I²C interface are designed for high-resolution camera phones. These highly efficient, 2A, single-flash LED drivers improve image and video quality in low-light environments. The MP3331 series operates in a 1MHz/2MHz/3MHz/4MHz synchronous DC-DC boost converter to deliver an optimized solution for smaller PCB spaces with higher efficiency. Features include rich protection modes, high power density and performances, and flash / assist light / torch / indicator / 5V DC modes. The cathode of the flash LED is referenced to GND, which improves thermal performance. MPS MP3331 Synchronous Boost Flash LED Drivers are available in a 1.7mm x 1.7mm WLCSP9 package. The MP3331 series is ideally suited for use in phone camera LED flash applications, tablets, and digital still cameras.
