MPM Power Modules

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM Power Modules are available in single- or dual-channel and provide integrated DC-DC solutions with excellent load and line regulation. These step-down DC-DC converters feature built-in internal power MOSFETs and power inductors. The constant-on-time (COT) control scheme provides a fast transient response, high light-load efficiency, and easy loop stabilization. These modules require a minimum number of readily available standard external components, simplifying power system design. The modules also have a small surface-mount footprint, due to compact QFN and LGA packages. MPS MPM Power Modules are lead-free, halogen-free, and adhere to the RoHS directive.

MPM3805/A/B Synchronous Step-Down Converters

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM3805 / MPM3805A / MPM3805B Synchronous Step-Down Converters feature an integrated inductor in a small surface-mount QFN-12 package (2.5mm x 3.0mm x 0.9mm). These MPS devices achieve 0.6A continuous output current from a 2.5V to 6V input voltage with excellent load and line regulation. The MPM3805A and MPM3805B are AEC-Q100 qualified. Typical applications for MPS MPM3805 / MPM3805A / MPM3805B Synchronous Step-Down Converters are automotive ECUs, rear cameras, eCall systems, infotainment systems, storage (SSD/HDD), and much more.
