This highly integrated solution features ADS1118 and ADS10118 analog-to-digital converters with integrated temp sensor, LMP90x sensor analog front end devices, and ADS1247/48 ADCs for temp sensors.

24-bit ADC: ADS1246 / 1247 / 1248

The Texas Instruments ADS1246 / 1247 / 1248 24-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) is a highly integrated, precision device that provides a complete front-end solution for temperature/bridge sensor applications. The TI ADS1246 / 1247 / 1248 features an onboard, low-noise PGA, a precision delta-sigma ADC with a single-cycle settling digital filter, and an internal oscillator. The TI ADS1247 and ADS1248 also provide a built-in, very low drift voltage reference with 10mA output capacity, and two matched programmable current DACs.
