These phototransistor couplers offer 5000V_RMS high isolation voltage and CTR flexibility. The APC-817 DC input phototransistor couplers feature a 35V collector-emitter voltage, a 6V emitter-collector voltage, a 50mA collector current, and 150mW output power dissipation.
