NT Dual Supply Translating Transceivers

NXP Semiconductors NTS0102 and NTB0102 / NTB0104 Dual Supply Translating Transceivers with auto direction sensing enable bidirectional voltage level translation. These transceivers feature a wide supply voltage range, and the inputs accept voltages up to 5.5V. The NTS0102 variant provides 50Mbps maximum push-pull and features two 2-bit input-output ports, one output enable input, and two supply pins. The NTB0102 modules feature two 2-bit input-output ports, one output enable input, and two supply pins, and the NTB0104 devices feature two data input-output ports, one output enable input, and two supply pins. These NXP transceivers are ideal for use in IC/SMBus, UART, and GPIO applications.

NTB0101/2変換トランシーバ

NXP NTB0101/2変換トランシーバは、1または2ビット、デュアルサプライで、双方向電圧レベル変換が可能な自動方向検知トランシーバです。NTB0101/2には、1ビットの入出力ポート（AとB）、出力可能（OE）ポート1つ、サプライピン2つ（VCC(A)とVCC(B)）が装着されています。VCC(A)は1.2～3.6V、VCC(B)は1.65～5.5Vにそれぞれ対応しています。このため、低電圧ノード（1.2V、1.5V、1.8V、2.5V、3.3V、5V）間の変換に使用できます。IOFF回路では部分パワーダウンモードが利用でき、出力を停止することで、NTB0101/2が停電している時に、損害を与えうる電流の逆流を防ぎます。
