Si893x-ISO Evaluation Kits

Skyworks Solutions Inc. Si893x-ISO Evaluation Kits evaluate the Si893x isolated amplifiers and delta-sigma modulators for their full functionalities and features. The Si893x amplifiers and modulators provide excellent linearity with low offset and gain drift to ensure that accuracy is maintained over the entire operating temperature range. The output of the Si8935/36/37 devices comes from a 2nd order delta-sigma modulator. This can be clocked either from an on-chip oscillator (Si8936/37) or from an external clock (Si8935). The Si893x-EVB provides access to the device supplies, inputs, and outputs. This allows lab bench evaluation with typical sources and loads or integration into a customer system for observation of real-world performance.
