KEMET FC and FCR Series Supercapacitors, also known as Electric Double-Layer Capacitors (EDLCs), are surface mount type components suited for high energy storage applications. These supercapacitors are constructed specifically for reflow soldering to facilitate direct attachment to a printed circuit board (PCB). The FC and FCR supercapacitors are maintenance-free and highly reliable against liquid leakage. These supercapacitors are available in surface mount packages without holders.
