Micro Commercial Components (MCC) MCACx 30V-60V Logic-Level N-channel MOSFETs feature Split-Gate Trench (SGT) MOSFET technology. These MOSFETs offer unique benefits for engineers looking to drive them directly by MCU through I/O ports. The MCACx MOSFETs operate at 1.2V to 2.5V maximum gate threshold voltage range and 1.2°C/W to 1.6°C/W maximum junction to case thermal resistance range.
