RECOM Power DIN Rail Mounted Power Supplies offer several advantages over traditional power supplies, like easy installation and space efficiency. These power supplies come in various sizes, voltages, and wattages, catering to different needs. The DIN rail mounted power supplies feature a 90VAC to 264VAC input voltage range, a selection of standard outputs, and power ratings. These power supplies consist of REDIIN family of DIN rail AC/DC power supplies and the RACPRO1 family of DIN rail power supplies and e-fuses. Typical applications include industrial and automation, building and home automation, energy, datacom and telecom, and infrastructure.
RACPRO1 DIN-Rail Power Supplies
The RACPRO1 single-phase (S) and three-phase (T) DIN rail AC/DC power supplies deliver high efficiency, reliability, and installation flexibility for demanding industrial applications. The single-phase RACPRO1-S series is available in 120W, 240W, and 480W versions with adjustable 12V, 24V, and 48V outputs (model dependent). These single-phase supplies feature compact widths down to 28mm, up to 95% efficiency, 150% power boost for 5 seconds, and full power operation up to 60°C. The three-phase RACPRO1-T240, T480, and T960 models support a wide 320VAC to 575VAC and 430VDC to 850VDC input range, and offer power classes up to 960W. These three-phase power supplies achieve efficiencies up to 97.1%, and enable parallel operation and selectable constant current mode for battery charging. Both series feature ergonomic push-in terminals with a 25° angle for fast, tool-free wiring, and reverse voltage protection over 35V. These power supplies also provide robust DIN rail mounting and high surge immunity (up to 4kV for S and 6kV for T models). The power supplies operate from -40°C to 70°C temperature range, making them ideal for harsh industrial and renewable energy environments.
RACPRO1 E-FUSES
The RACPRO1-4SP are 4-channel electronic Fuse (e-Fuse) load switches with independent overcurrent limit control and real-time output current indication. These modules offer advanced DC protection with intelligent load current limiting, overload and fault detection, and simplified installation. The RACPRO1-4SP e-Fuses are available with 5A maximum channel current, 150% power boost for 5s, and can handle >150% overload for up to 100ms to avoid nuisance tripping.
REDIIN DIN Rail Power Supplies
The REDIIN DIN Rail Power Supplies support a 90VAC to 264VAC input range and 120W, 240W, and 480W power ratings. These power supplies offer single outputs of 24VDC and 48VDC, and are housed in compact 30mm, 40mm, and 56mm dimensions. The REDIIN power supplies include protection features like overvoltage, short-circuit, and overcurrent, along with a constant current mode to ensure safe starting under high capacitive loads. These power supplies are IEC/EN/UL/CSA 62368-1 and 61010-1 safety certified and meet the EMC standards EN 55032/35 and EN 61204-3, including EN 61000-6-4 Class B emission standards for heavy industrial environments.
REFIN2U/CL Flat Panel 1AC Power Supplies
REFIN2U/CL Series Flat Panel 1AC Power Supply is a high-end AC/DC module of the ultra-slim 2U “step-shape” housings with push-in button terminals. This power supply delivers a 90W continuous output power, 150% peak power for 4.5s. The smart constant current limited power supplies are IEC and UL certified, with output limitations in accordance with UL1310 and NEC Class 2. Din-rail mounting is rated specifically for any orientation and, if required, supported by additional back-panel wings. The REFIN2U-S90/CL power supply features a unique suppression of audible noise, making these flat panel power supplies ideal where distribution boards are situated in office and living areas. The REFIN product families, including the sister series of 30W and 60W in the same 36mm slim housing, offer a wide power range with a cost-effective option in just 2U. This allows them to fit into the same slot of a “flat distribution panel” in case of later increases in system power requirements. The REFIN2U/CL flat panel 1AC power supply is ideal for applications such as industrial automation, home automation, flat panels, tiny machinery, and energy management systems.
